De Tomaso SLC: Teaser and small pieces of information

De Tomaso they prepared to return to the living world and to do this, we run photos that show some details of what will be the future of the SUV brand resurrected, SLC (Sport Luxury Crossover). A priori, a sporty SUV in the spirit of a BMW X6 while being less massive and more...

De Tomaso gives us some information about the mechanisms that might fit this new luxury vehicle. one learns that there will be two petrol engines and a diesel engine ...! Yes, yes we are good at De Tomaso and diesel is well advertised. We still have no idea about the origin of these mechanical priori born in the U.S. but also elsewhere for diesel.

There will be a V6 and V8 gasoline whose powers could be around 300 hp for the V6 and 500 to 550 hp for the V8 and the famous V6 diesel should advance the power of about 250 hp ... .. All this does is it not you think Chrysler with the 3.6 L V6, V8 5.7 L (boosted by a compressor or turbo) and the infamous 3.0 L V6 diesel (born at VM Motori). Unless De Tomaso had bought the old V6 Isuzu or Nissan-Renault has sold the 3.0-liter dCi. All these versions should be available in 4 MR. Difficult to know for now but the doubt remains.
